Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and compliance documentation
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage delivery timelines and prioritize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or commitment to obtain through our training program
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain Hazmat endorsement (company-paid)
