Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight on regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of goods at client locations
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Report maintenance issues and document delivery confirmations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and logging requirements
