Responsibilities
- Secure cargo using straps and binders to ensure safety during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Inspect the box truck for mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service when delivering goods.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays or route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL (Class B preferred for Box Truck).
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable box truck or straight truck driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Reliable, self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery deadlines.
