Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris to designated sites
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections ensuring vehicle compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient route planning
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Henderson/Las Vegas area roadways
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and terrain
