Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Generative AI, ensuring alignment with 2026 market trends and capabilities.
- Lead a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists in the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Oversee the architecture of high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines designed for massive scale.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation in automated decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Experience designing systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on cost optimization and scalability.
