Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Wichita area streets and navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong customer service communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
