Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery status and route information.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure product integrity.
- Report any vehicle issues or road hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone GPS navigation apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
