Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure the correct handling of all goods.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Utilize handheld scanners and mobile applications to track shipments and update status.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with smartphone apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow a daily route efficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
