Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery process.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and the professional appearance of uniforms.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues with a positive attitude.
- Manage time effectively to ensure routes are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify any mechanical issues.
- Update delivery status in the company tracking system accurately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide full training.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (if company vehicle is not provided) with valid insurance and registration.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using route-planning apps and logging hours.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.) as deliveries are made outdoors.
