Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or physical signatures.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and fueled before and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using GPS navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
