The Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fleet and ensure timely, safe, and courteous deliveries to our valued customers across the Orlando area.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and handling packages with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness before and after each shift.
- Utilize mobile applications to update tracking information and communicate with dispatch.
- Unload packages efficiently and organize them for delivery routes.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with the public.
- Reliable smartphone for GPS navigation and communication.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy for paperwork and tracking.
