Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) to deliver goods safely and timely to designated locations in Kansas City and Illinois.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload trailers securely using proper equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation (E-Logs or paper logs) as required.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with required endorsements.
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) and no major violations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and have flexible availability.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in logistics or delivery is preferred.
