Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles with accuracy and care.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Process paperwork, including delivery receipts and logs, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for making change and managing inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for GPS navigation and communication.
