Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free vehicle interior and exterior.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues on the spot.
- Verify delivery addresses and collect signatures where required.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency in using smartphone GPS apps.
- Basic English communication skills for customer interaction.
- Reliable personal transportation to the local depot.
