Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses efficiently and safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop.
- Verify addresses and ensure all items are delivered in the correct condition.
- Update delivery status via the mobile app in real-time.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and reporting.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
