Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial addresses across New Orleans
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries
- Represent the company with professional appearance and courteous customer service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps and navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with New Orleans neighborhoods preferred
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
