Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to designated locations within Arlington and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle packages with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Complete daily logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports accurately.
- Handle cash and digital payments for CODs when applicable.
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routes and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable smartphone for job management and communication.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical demands.
