Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a timely and safe manner.
- Practice safe driving habits at all times, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally and handling packages with care.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after routes to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Utilize mobile apps to track deliveries, update status, and manage route planning.
- Collect payments when required and process paperwork accurately.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery incidents immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable personal vehicle in good mechanical condition (or ability to pass a vehicle inspection).
- Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) for navigation and app access.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
