Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail orders to customers across Portland
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Assist with warehouse duties including order preparation and inventory checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years experience)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Portland neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app usage
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
