Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for local/regional deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment use
- Optimize routes for on-time delivery performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Report maintenance issues immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (mandatory)
- 2+ years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI in 5 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of CA traffic laws
- Twic card preferred
