Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations in and around Fresno, CA.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts, ensuring proper handling and security of items.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other drivers.
- Manage delivery documentation accurately, including logs and receipts.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a reliable smartphone for route updates and GPS navigation.
