Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, retail, or e-commerce packages to customers in Minneapolis and surrounding areas
- Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times
- Handle cashless payments and accurately process transactions via our mobile app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and quality control at distribution hubs
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (delivery, rideshare, or commercial)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a dependable vehicle
- Smartphone with GPS capability and ability to use delivery apps
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
