Responsibilities
- Drive commercial vehicles to deliver goods to residential and commercial locations within the Columbus area.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all packages while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Load and unload packages safely, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop, resolving any issues efficiently.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Follow GPS navigation and route plans to optimize delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math and reading skills for paperwork.
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a reliable smartphone for route updates.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
