Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks safely and efficiently on all road types.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques.
- Complete all necessary daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and paperwork accurately.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and professional appearance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and cargo securement.
- Willingness to travel to Ohio and Virginia.
