Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents to designated locations in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, handling packages with care.
- Utilize mobile applications to track routes, manage orders, and communicate with dispatch.
- Collect payments and process paperwork accurately as required.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Smartphone capable of running delivery apps (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
