As a Rideshare Driver, you are an independent contractor. This role offers the freedom to be your own boss while serving the community.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle before, during, and after each shift.
- Use the mobile app to accept rides, navigate routes, and manage payments.
- Verify the identity and age of passengers to ensure safety compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by being polite, helpful, and responsive.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to dispatch.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Access to a reliable smartphone with a data plan.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records (MVR) check.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening if required.
- Must reside within or willing to commute to the Anchorage area.
