Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route-planning software to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure all required paperwork and receipts are completed accurately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle (if applicable) or access to a company vehicle.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
