Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care and accuracy, verifying signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve any delivery issues.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily route targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
