Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, or merchandise to Saint Paul addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize daily delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and resolve inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust routes based on real-time traffic conditions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with minimum 2 years of clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to and from Saint Paul depot (remote-friendly start)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred but not required
