Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers in Austin and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and maintain on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery updates
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at Amazon fulfillment centers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
