Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes with consistent weekly schedules
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS guidelines, and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections, preventative maintenance, and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient loading/unloading and on-time deliveries
- Maintain clean driving record and represent company values with professional conduct
- Utilize telematics systems for route optimization and proactive communication
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience with dedicated route background
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills in diverse conditions
- Willingness to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Basic navigation skills and smartphone proficiency for route planning
