Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated O'ahu routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse personnel
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Honolulu traffic patterns and island geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility for early morning start times (4:00 AM)
