Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Report maintenance needs and perform minor equipment repairs
- Maintain clean and organized truck interiors and work areas
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting
- DOT medical certification
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
