Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently over long distances.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of duty status (ELD logs) and delivery documentation.
- Load and unload freight securely, ensuring cargo integrity during transit.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety regulations.
- Represent the company professionally to customers and shippers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable driving experience in the last 3 years.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT drug screen clearance.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer service.
- Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules and weather conditions.
