Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on dedicated OTR routes across the Southwest region
- Complete comprehensive paid CDL training program with expert instructors
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload freight with precision and document shipments accurately
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Utilize electronic logging systems (ELD) for compliance and route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including overnight trips
- Basic math and communication skills for documentation and client interaction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must be 21+ years old with US citizenship or legal residency
