Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over long-haul routes (OTR).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
