Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) to transport goods to designated delivery locations on time.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to delivery schedules and handling cargo with care.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, traffic laws, and cargo handling procedures.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
