Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver freight on time and in perfect condition.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper techniques to prevent damage.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including logbooks and delivery receipts, accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A.
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience (OTR or regional).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety protocols.
