Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53ft trailers) for local/regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Accurately complete pre/post-trip inspections and electronic logs
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries in high-traffic metropolitan areas
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay area geography
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday schedule)
