Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and goods to customers throughout Minneapolis and surrounding areas
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while adhering to traffic laws
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges and update ETAs
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and handle various package sizes
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis streets and metro area navigation
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
