Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Handle freight securely and assist with loading/unloading when required
- Represent Nexus Logistics with professionalism at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Minneapolis metro routes and regional highways
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
