Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers for local and regional routes within 200 miles of Tulsa
- Inspect vehicles before/during trips to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and securement techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records using ELD systems
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or mechanical issues
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and customer service standards
- Participate in quarterly safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Excellent time management and route navigation abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
