Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 tractor-trailers for regional routes within Louisiana/Texas/Alabama
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document DOT compliance
- Load/unload no-touch freight using modern terminal equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for optimal route efficiency
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- 2+ years OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
