Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, refrigerated) following DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery deadlines
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles for optimal performance and safety
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route conditions and delays
- Adhere to strict security protocols for high-value cargo
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
