Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) on local/regional routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery schedules and documentation
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years verifiable OTR/Regional experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Flexibility for early start times (3-4 AM)
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
