Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Load and secure cargo using straps, chains, and binders on flatbed trailers.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily inspection reports (DVIR).
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck and cargo area.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
