Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles (Class A or B) following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Navigate efficiently through Seattle and surrounding regions to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, digital records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle package handling with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no serious violations in the past 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate commercial vehicles across state lines.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
- Physically capable of lifting packages and performing duties related to the job.
