Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery logs.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience (preferred for Class A).
- Clean driving record with no recent DUIs or serious traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
