Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and long-haul routes
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient delivery scheduling and route optimization
- Handle specialized freight including temperature-controlled and hazardous materials
- Ensure cargo security and proper loading/unloading procedures at client sites
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and GPS navigation
- Strong knowledge of KY traffic laws and regional infrastructure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
