Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A & B) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and daily logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B).
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong knowledge of Seattle, WA routes and logistics.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and sitting for extended periods.
